# ROTOPLASTICA Lo Stampaggio Rotazionale consiste nell'inserire la materia plastica sotto forma di polvere nello stampo. Il calore e la rotazione continua dello stampo, agganciato ad un sistema di produzione multibracci (giostra) determinano la liquefazione della polvere plastica e il suo deposito sulle pareti esterne dello stampo. Lo stampo viene aperto a polimerizzazione avvenuta, cioè quando il pezzo è formato e stabile. Le plastiche utilizzate sono il polietilene, il policarbonato, il polipropilene, il nylon. Gli stampi sono in alluminio. È una tecnica di produzione alla quale il mondo industriale ha riservato grosse attenzioni, togliendola dagli angusti spazi delle produzioni originarie per lanciarla nel mondo dell'Automotive, delle Macchine Industriali e Agricole, dell'Arredo Indoor e Outdoor, dell'Illuminazione.
