# BLOW GLASS AND CRYSTAL - PYREX Normally by the word glass we mean a specific type, the ledfree silicium glass. Many objects of daily use are made with it: glasses and goblets, bowls, bottles, vases, centertables. On the opposite the Crystal or Lead Glass contains a percentage of Lead Oxyde to give more transparency and brightness. Although the large availability of cheap glass items, the objects in hand blown glass do represent an "alive art". In some cases, when lightness, strenght and lower dilatation are needed borosilicate glass is prefered. Our Network is cooperating with some of the best blowers worldwide; some are specialized in small dimensions and thin items (glasses, goblets), some others are more specialized in bigger items (vases, bowls) transparent or mass coloured. All of them are working on exclusive design bases.
